Work through this with me.
I run focused learning cohorts for finance professionals who want to move beyond theory. Each cohort is a small group (8 to 12 people) working through real FP&A frameworks, building actual models, and stress-testing their thinking against peers.
These are not lecture sessions. We work through problems together: variance bridges that actually explain what happened, rolling forecasts that leadership trusts, driver trees that connect operations to the P&L.
What we cover
FP&A Foundations: Budgeting architecture, variance analysis (price-volume-mix), rolling forecasts, and driver-based planning. You leave with templates and frameworks you can deploy in your next budget cycle.
Financial Modelling: Three-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, and presentation-ready output. We build from blank spreadsheets, not pre-built templates.
The CA-to-CFO Transition: How to position yourself for finance leadership. We cover business partnering, board communication, strategic framing, and the shift from compliance to commercial thinking.
How it works
Each cohort runs for 6 weeks. We meet twice a week (90 minutes per session). Between sessions, you work on assignments drawn from real business scenarios. I review every submission personally.
Cohort sizes are intentionally small. I want to know your specific challenges and tailor the work accordingly.
